Valuable advice, no doubt. To take care of yourself physically, mentally and emotionally should be a no brainer.
One thing however, we find, is often neglected.
As part of self-knowledge, it is important to know your own personal values.
The two or three things that you value most, that more than anything else, often unconsciously, are the driver of the things you do or like doing.
Make those values conscious to yourself , because living in line with your values is what adds real value to your life.
